The standard delivery charge for furniture is £45 per order to England and Wales, £67 to Scotland and £85 to Scotish Highland and £95 to Ireland. 

Free delivery is normally a promotion from us, we pay the delivery for the customer. Should you wish to return the item because of change of mind on the day of delivery , you will be given refund after deduction of £45 delivery charge . There will be a collection charge of £45 if you change your mind after the date of delivery. You will be given full refund if the item is damaged and you sign the delivery note damaged at the time of delivery.  

Delivery is made by a national courier company with 1 van man who will deliver the item kerbside only. You should always have people who can help on hand to take the delivery. If you would like 2 men delivery or Saturday delivery, there is extra charge of £50. The courier will call you to arrange a delivery date convenient to you. If you have any questions regarding this issue, please contact us beforehand.

 Important: When furniture is delivered you should take a moment to un-pack or quick inspect the legs of the furniture. If the item is damaged , you need to instruct the courier to take the item away immediately and note damaged on the delivery paper and you will get a full refund. If the item found damaged at a later time, our company will still issue refund for the furniture but customer is liable paying delivery and collection cost.
