The standard delivery charge for furniture is £50 to England and Wales. £67 to Scotland and £85 to Scotish Highland and £100 to Ireland (at the checkout it will take a flat delivery charge of £50, the extra will be paid manully after your initial payment). 

Should you wish to return the item because of change of mind on the day of delivery , you will be given refund after deduction of £50 delivery charge . There will be a collection charge of £50 if you change your mind after the date of delivery. You will be given full refund if the item is damaged and you sign the delivery note damaged at the time of delivery.

Once you placed your order, we or the delivery man will contact you in advance about the delivery details  within the stated time frame.

Delivery is made by a dedicated van man who will deliver the item to the door of the building. You should always have people who can help on hand to take the delivery. If you would like 2 men delivery or Saturday delivery, there is extra charge of £50 in most areas. The courier will call you to arrange a delivery date convenient to you. If you have any questions regarding this issue, please contact us beforehand.

 Important: When furniture is delivered you should take a moment to un-pack or quick inspect the furniture. If the item is damaged , you need to instruct the courier to take the item away immediately and note damaged on the delivery paper and you will get a full refund. If the item found damaged or wrong item delivered at a later time, our company will still issue refund for the furniture but customer is liable paying delivery and collection cost.  This does not affect your statutory rights.
