Browse through our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have made your selection, click on checkout, you will then be asked to provide details so that we can process the order. Orders can only be sent to the billing address of the cardholder placing an order.

Delivery schedule:

We try to process all orders, where possible, within 24 hours. Most items will be delivered within 5-10 working days, please allow up to 14 working days for the delivery. 

Payment options 

* We accept payment by Cheque payable to Orientalia.

* BACS payment is preferable.

* We love  PayPal, safe online payment that allows you to pay with your credit or 

   debit card  or through your Paypal account.

* Our PayPal website payment Pro allows you to pay at the checkout or through email

   and on the phone with any credit or debit cards whether you have a PayPal account or not.  

    You  simply order the goods on the website and pay at the checkout with the payment method you prefer.

Delivery

For UK mainland deliveries, it's done by reputable courier company with 1 van man. Please contact us first if you have any questions about the delivery.

While every effort will be made to despatch goods within the timescale quoted, no liability can be accepted by the Company for failure to deliver within the quoted times or within any specific time period.

The Company will accept no liability for  damage to goods unless the Customer notes the damage at the time of delivery.

Returns:

We are sure you will love the product you have chosen so if you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days

provided it is in fully resaleable condition in original, undamaged packaging.

For products returned the Customer shall be responsible for all costs and expenses in relation to the delivery and collection.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

Should you wish to return the item because of change of mind on the day of delivery , you will be given refund after deduction of £47 delivery charge . There will be a collection charge of £47 if you change your mind after the date of delivery. You will be given full refund if the item is damaged and you sign the delivery note damaged at the time of delivery.

 Important: When furniture is delivered you should take a moment to un-pack or quick inspect the furniture. If the item is damaged , you need to instruct the courier to take the item away immediately and note damaged on the delivery paper and you will get a full refund. If the item found damaged or wrong item delivered at a later time, our company will still issue refund for the furniture but customer is liable paying delivery and collection cost.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

The Customer's payment will be refunded within 30 days, subject to deduction of any direct costs of transport.

data collected by the site will not be sold to any other parties. It will only be used to take & fulfill customer orders, administer and enhance the site and service. We will not store customers' any financial details on our site.

Every antique furniture is carefully selected and skillfully restored by experienced craftsman. As each item available is handmade, photos shown on the website are for illustrative purpose while every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of product, each item may be slighly different which will not affect the purpose of the furniture and it should not be used as the  reason for return. All measurements shown are approximate.
