You simply order the goods on the website and pay at the checkout with the payment method you prefer. Delivery For UK mainland deliveries, it's done by reputable courier company with 1 van man. Please contact us first if you have any questions about the delivery. While every effort will be made to despatch goods within the timescale quoted, no liability can be accepted by the Company for failure to deliver within the quoted times or within any specific time period. The Company will accept no liability for damage to goods unless the Customer notes the damage at the time of delivery. Returns: We are sure you will love the product you have chosen so if you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days provided it is in fully resaleable condition in original, undamaged packaging. For products returned the Customer shall be responsible for all costs and expenses in relation to the delivery and collection. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. Should you wish to return the item because of change of mind on the day of delivery , you will be given refund after deduction of £47 delivery charge . There will be a collection charge of £47 if you change your mind after the date of delivery. You will be given full refund if the item is damaged and you sign the delivery note damaged at the time of delivery. Important: When furniture is delivered you should take a moment to un-pack or quick inspect the furniture. If the item is damaged , you need to instruct the courier to take the item away immediately and note damaged on the delivery paper and you will get a full refund. If the item found damaged or wrong item delivered at a later time, our company will still issue refund for the furniture but customer is liable paying delivery and collection cost. This does not affect your statutory rights.
